We are is looking for an experienced Upwork Lead Generation Manager (Upwork Bidding Specialist) to help us generate high-quality leads and build a steady pipeline of new projects on the Upwork platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, and positioning the company effectively to win new projects. You will play a key role in strengthening our presence on Upwork and contributing directly to new business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork (6+ months);
• Understanding of IT / digital services projects;
• Strong written English skills and ability to write persuasive proposals;
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze client needs;
• Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork;
• Prepare and send tailored proposals (bids);
• Analyze client requirements and match them with suitable cases and expertise;
• Maintain and optimize the Upwork profile (ratings, visibility, positioning).

Nice to have:

• Experience with outsourcing or outstaffing companies;
• Basic understanding of sales processes;
• Experience working with CRM tools or lead trackers.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how Upwork works from the inside, knows how to spot quality opportunities, and can turn well-crafted proposals into real conversations and long-term partnerships.
