Manage and develop partner service capabilities, monitor service performance and effectiveness, ensure achievement of annual service targets, and continuously improve partner service standards;
Conduct regular visits to regional dealers, organize meetings, seminars, and other activities with regional partners, and review business plans;
Be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of after-sales service projects;
Ensure service network quality through timely training, provision of tools, and other supporting materials;
Monitor regional customer satisfaction (NPS), support partners in timely resolution of customer complaints, and manage authorization and brand reputation;
Coordinate spare parts supply in close cooperation with the supply chain team and improve parts service performance;
Support regional after-sales operations and implementation of service campaigns;
Assist in resolving end-customer issues by coordinating resources promptly and developing action plans for emergencies and customer problem resolution;
Perform additional tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above);
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive maintenance/service or similar experience with OEM manufacturers or equipment producers;
Strong understanding of electrical diagrams and diagnostic tools;
English proficiency sufficient for daily professional communication (English as a working language).
