We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative professional to join our team as a Payment Expansion Specialist. You will be a vital part of our growth strategy, focusing on building and nurturing our network of partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, negotiating agreements, and driving new business opportunities. You will be the primary point of contact for potential partners, guiding them from initial introduction to a successful, lasting collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with new partners to expand our platform's ecosystem.

  • Manage a pipeline of potential collaborators, responding to inquiries and initiating new connections.

  • Lead discussions and negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Serve as the main relationship manager, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for partners at every stage.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate the smooth integration of new partners.

  • Independently research new market opportunities and potential partners.

  • Help partners understand our platform's value and how we can grow together.

Required Qualifications:

  • A natural self-starter with a structured and reliable approach to work.

  • Energetic and positive, with a drive to find creative solutions and exceed targets.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade in both written and verbal interactions.

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (intermediate or higher).

  • French language is a plus.

Desirable Skills (as an advantage):

  • A background in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.

  • Experience using CRM tools for managing and tracking partner interactions.

  • An understanding of the e-commerce or financial technology sector.
