Senior IT Operation and Maintenance Engineer (network direction)

Job responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, operation, maintenance and management of desktop computer hardware and software (computers, monitors, telephones, and network equipment)；

2. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of IT equipment such as printers, conference telephones, and video conferencing systems；

3. Responsible for the operation and maintenance, optimization, construction and other work of the branch network；

4. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of network equipment such as branch load balancing, firewalls, etc.；

5. Responsible for the network construction of the new branch project；

6. Responsible for the preparation of common fault handling specifications, common fault frequently asked questions, analysis of difficult fault cases, and emergency plans for major faults, and pay attention to the implementation and use of the situation and effect follow-up revision；

7. Formulate an operation manual for the existing IT infrastructure; complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above；

2. Possess good service awareness and communication skills；

3. Proficient in common troubleshooting of desktop operating systems, mail systems, office software and PC hardware; proficient in maintenance, installation, configuration and functional use of commonly used controlled software, commonly used troubleshooting; familiar with desktop maintenance and troubleshooting of virtualized systems；

4. Have more than 5 years of experience in the architecture planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale enterprise network systems and network security systems, and experience in large-scale network project management.；

5. Familiar with IP routing and switching technology, familiar with the configuration and management of various network products (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)；

6. Have a certain understanding of the network security system, and proficient in network protocol analysis methods；

7. Proficient in LAYER 4-7 switching, load balancing technology, WEB application firewall technology, virtualization technology, etc.；

8. Have certain experience in network troubleshooting and resolution；

9. Possess strong communication and coordination skills.

10. Those with CCIE are preferred, and those who are proficient in spoken English or Chinese are preferred.
