Presales Specialist

We’re looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to help manage inbound leads, qualify potential clients, and support the sales team in driving new business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound requests via calls, emails, and chats

• Communicating with international clients in real time

• Qualifying inbound leads and identifying client needs

• Collecting and structuring information for Sales handover

• Ensuring accurate and timely CRM updates

• Providing a high level of service despite a fast-paced, shift-based environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English (both spoken & written)

• Strong communication skills – ability to engage with prospects professionally and persuasively

• High level of organization – managing multiple tasks without micromanagement

• Adaptability & Proactiveness – ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Eagerness to learn – continuous improvement in sales approaches, HYPERVSN products, and solutions

• Positive attitude – energetic, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges

• Readiness to work in shifts, including night shifts

Our work schedule:

2 days on / 2 days off

8-hour shifts that interchange consequentially (Minsk time: 06:00–14:00 Remotely; 14.00 - 22.00 - On-Site, 22.00 - 06.00 Remotely).
