Evaluating and taking part in developing marketing strategy for Russia & CIS;
Planning, directing, and supervising marketing efforts of the Company and clients/partners (dealers, DIY retail chains, marketplaces, etc.);
Developing and ensuring branding standards for points of sale, show-rooms, service centers, merchandise items;
Managing marketing budget and expenditures; analyzing performance (ROI);
Managing full scale of marketing and branding activities: both digital and off-line (SMM, advertising campaigns, PR events, exhibitions, trade-days, conferences, production of POSM);
Coordination of Advertising materials orders;
Analyzing competitors' activities;
Using marketing insights to contribute towards the overall business strategy;
Communication with Marketing agencies;
Managing team of 5+ subordinates.
Requirements:
Higher marketing and/or economical education;
At least 3 years of experience in a marketing management role;
Experience in promotion of industrial brands;
Excellent speaking and writing skills, copywriting skills;
Strong proven project management and people management skills;
Strategic thinking abilities, analytical mindset;
Creativity;
Fluent English;
Ready for business trips.
Conditions:
Reporting to Sales Director;
Fixed salary based on the interview results;
