We are a growing company specializing in recruitment and project support services. Our team works with local and international clients, providing professional staffing and administrative solutions. We value responsibility, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence

  • Welcoming visitors and providing administrative support

  • Posting job vacancies and screening candidates

  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers

  • Maintaining employee records and office documentation

  • Assisting with general office organization and daily operations


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or receptionist role (preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and professional attitude


Terms:

  • Full-time position

  • 6/1 work schedule (Monday–Friday 9:00–17:00, Saturday 9:00–15:00)

  • Competitive salary (to be discussed during interview)
