Mission of the position: responsibilities include the support on the implementation of specific Trade & Retail marketing programs, PR actions and Digital activities with the objective of enriching the brand values and driving sales.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure 360° marketing programs are implemented in the Region balancing between Global HQ calendar and guidelines and local necessities;
- Responsible for all round Marketing fields, PR, Advertising, Corporate Communications, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing;
- Assist and coordinate programs implementation through all kind of sales channels: retailers, wholesalers and marketplaces, according to Marketing plans
- Managing cooperation with external agencies;
- Assist with the management of the Marketing Calendar to facilitate communication within departments;
- Build relationships with the rest of global Marketing teams, other departments and business partners (including wholesale & franchising);
- Analyses of effectiveness marketing programs and activities;
- Management of Marketing budget and accountability tracking;
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent and efficient writing and oral communication skills in English and Russian;
- Undergraduate degree holder in Communications/ Marketing or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in communication, event management, retail marketing and promotion in leading retail brands (fashion / beauty / lifestyle);
- Good 360° experience as a Marketing professional with good business acumen;
- Understanding the specifics of production (from printed materials to complex Pop-Up and storefront designs);
- Experience and understanding of Trade Marketing, Media (OOH, PRINT), Influence Marketing, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and Art Direction;
- Project management skills;
- Experience analyzing and identifying trends to plan against results.
