VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies operating since 2012. We develop and manage premium real estate and hospitality projects in Phuket. Our portfolio includes Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas, Layan Verde, VillaCarte Agency, the proptech project Sabai, and La Green Hotel.

We are looking for a proactive Client Relationship Manager who will support clients after the property purchase, strengthen long-term loyalty, and generate additional revenue through premium service sales.


Key Focus Areas

Post-Sale Client Management

• Managing client relationships after apartment purchase
• Ensuring a seamless and premium client experience
• Maintaining long-term, trust-based communication

Premium Service Sales & LTV Growth

• Selling additional services, including:
• Concierge services
• Property management
• Travel and leisure organization
• Lifestyle services
• Visa support and related services
• Identifying client needs and increasing customer lifetime value (LTV)
• Driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives

Client Experience & Service Standards

• Monitoring and maintaining premium service standards
• Coordinating with concierge and operational teams
• Escalating technical and operational requests when required


We expect you to have

• Proven experience in luxury sales (yachting, premium tourism, private banking, concierge services, etc.)
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• High level of client orientation and service mindset
• Ambition and readiness to grow with the company

Experience in an international environment will be an advantage.
Experience living abroad will be a plus.


Language Requirements

We are specifically looking for a candidate who fits the following profile:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Additional languages will be an advantage (Russian, Chinese, German, French — optional)
