Required skills:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Ability to work independently within a clearly defined scope.
- Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- English B2+.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs.
- Adapt the business analysis approach based on project type, scope, and delivery methodology.
- Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with distributed project teams to support solution delivery.
- Participate in requirement reviews and clarification sessions.
