Senior Financial Analyst, Astana

We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. The role will provide actionable insights to management and ensure strong financial controls and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting

• Support budgeting and business planning processes

• Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to management

• Develop and maintain financial models and performance tools

• Review accrued expenses and support year-end closing and audit

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for stakeholders

• Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Advanced Excel skills; SAP/ERP knowledge preferred

• Good understanding of budgeting and financial reporting

• Strong communication and presentation skills
