Not just posting memes or recycling trends, but shaping a coherent strategy, building narratives, and growing an engaged community across Instagram and YouTube (and other platforms).
A person who can own the entire social ecosystem: from strategy and content creation to analytics, experiments, and growth loops.
Direct Manager: Head of Marketing
Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)
Responsibilities:
build and execute a growth-focused social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn;
create, manage, and optimize a detailed content calendar;
track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth;
understand and analyze audience behavior, motivations, and content consumption patterns;
work closely with design, video, and product teams to align messaging and storytelling;
experiment with new formats, creative angles, and distribution tactics;
establish and refine brand voice across all channels;
manage community interactions: comments, replies, and engagement-driven communication.
What We Expect from You:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for consumer brands or digital products;
strong expertise in Instagram and YouTube growth mechanics;
proven experience scaling accounts or delivering measurable social growth;
strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, GA4, etc.);
comfortable working with designers/editors or creating basic content independently;
ability to write strong, fast, engaging copy;
fluent English (written and spoken);
Nice to have:
experience with B2C Tech brands/apps social networks management.
