IT Specialist

IT System Operation: Understanding of system and data according to work process (Managing data and transaction on work flow) and Improving what system also changed when work process is changed.

IT Business management: Resolving and Trouble shooting problems that occur when using the system; Communication with KT&G HQ; Educating how to use IT system for user; Communicate with KT&G IT department and manage IT project.

Data Management capabilities: Data analysis capabilities using SQL, Excel, etc.; Master Data control capability, (Dimension, measure, analytic information generation, etc); Business understanding, skills to connect and analyze all data in the company; Ability to utilize large database and analysis tools (Power BI Dashboard, etc.).

Information security and management capabilities: H/W, S/W security capabilities such as server, network, PC, etc.; Management capabilities such as preventing leakage of company core information; Security system management and improvement (Policy, Process, System); Security management of important information such as personal information and corporate secrets (encryption technology, etc.)

Hard & Soft Skills: IT infra schema, data management, familiar with systems and applications; Smooth communications about business process and IT system; Proficiency in MS Office, SAP;

English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Education: Higher education degree required.

Full-time position.

Standard working hours: 08:00–17:00.
