Salary: from 172,400 RUB (starting level) (Salary subject to increase based on sales performance) Responsibilities:

• Sales and promotion of axles for trailers and commercial vehicles

• Client acquisition and expansion of dealer network

• Technical consultation to customers

• Preparation of sales plans and reporting

• Market analysis and competitor monitoring

Requirements:

• Experience in sales of axles or heavy vehicle components

• Technical understanding of axle systems

• Strong B2B sales skills

• Fluent Russian and English (mandatory)

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Conditions:

• 2-month probation period

• Official contract after probation

• Starting salary 180,000 RUB with performance-based revision

• Bonus system depending on sales results
