Risk Specialist - Quality, Risk and Regulatory (Maternity Cover)

Your role:

The role involves support of our risk and compliance team through accurate data processing and system updates. This role is primarily operational and involves manual input, verification, structuring of information, and communication with business teams’ units.

About the team:

The team supports business units and partners by providing reliable, well-documented risk assessments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Working closely with compliance, legal and risk functions. The team plays a key role in protecting company’s reputation and supporting informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Manually enter and update client and case information in internal risk management systems
• Transfer data from source documents into the system accurately and consistently
• Review documents to ensure completeness before submission
• Follow internal guidelines and templates when inputting information
• Maintain organized electronic records and ensure proper document naming/storage
• Flag inconsistencies or missing information to senior team members
• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks

Candidate requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably in economics, finance, risk management, law or linguistics;
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
• Ability to work with repetitive tasks and structured process;
• Basic understanding of compliance/risk terminology is a plus (but not mandatory);
• The ability to analyze information in detail, understand the requirements of internal regulations and work with confidential information;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English;
• Comfortable working with databases, Excel, and internal systems;
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines;
• An ability to work as part of a team and work on several tasks simultaneously
