Responsibilities:

• Conducting interactive lessons for Grade 0 students (ages 5-6) entirely in English.

• Teaching basic literacy (Phonics), numeracy, and world discovery through Game-based learning.

• Helping children adapt to school life and socializing them in a safe environment.

• Organizing educational games, songs, and creative activities to keep engagement high.

• Creating a positive and immersive English language environment from day one.

Requirements:

• English Proficiency: IELTS 7.0+ (or equivalent C1 level) is a must. Great pronunciation is key.

• Experience: 3+ years of pedagogical experience, specifically with young learners (Kindergarten or Primary School).

• Education: Degree in English Philology or Pedagogy (Primary/Preschool Education).

• Certificates: TESOL / TEFL / CELTA are a significant advantage.

• Skills: High energy, charisma, patience, and the ability to explain complex things in simple, fun ways.

• Soft Skills: Love for children and understanding of early childhood psychology.
