​​​​​​​Main responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support onsite Digital Workplace, ensuring high‑quality hardware, software, and network support across the site(s).

  • Oversee daily IT operations (LAN, devices, servers, telecom) aligned with Group strategy

  • Resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely incident resolution as the escalation point

  • Deploy, maintain, and support local IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, servers, telephony)

  • Manage resources, workloads, and vendor relationships to meet SLAs and cost targets

  • Supervise troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment

  • Support global BC Digital projects, particularly in manufacturing

  • Deliver end‑user support, training, and solutions within SLO timeframes

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure security and privacy

  • Stay updated on industry trends and improve digital workplace processes

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Technology, Engineering, or equivalent

  • Experience: 1–4 years in IT, preferably in an international company

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BC Group’s IT infrastructure (LAN/Wi‑Fi, clients, virtualized servers, VOIP) and endpoint management tools (e.g., ManageEngine)

  • Languages: Fluent Russian; English (B1/B2 Pre-intermediate/intermediate)

  • Key Skills: Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable strategies, lead IT teams, and build trusted relationships

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, collaboration, and change management; self‑driven, able to work under pressure
