Primary Role Objective
Coordinating and controlling the full cycle of warehouse operations at a leased facility. Ensuring the safety of inventory, compliance with company quality and safety standards, and effective management of product processing and documentation within accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. 3PL Warehouse Operations Management
- Monitoring provider personnel performance regarding goods receipt, placement, storage, and dispatch.
- Organizing and supervising Value Added Services (VAS):
- Product repacking and chemical reagent decanting/transfer.
- Relabeling (stickering) in accordance with local requirements.
- Sampling for laboratory analysis.
- Managing auxiliary service providers for warehouse needs (procurement of pallets, consumables, and disposal services).
2. Quality and Product Lifecycle Management
- Monitoring shelf life (FEFO) and product storage conditions.
- Organizing the recertification process: interacting with laboratories to extend shelf life.
- Managing slow-moving and obsolete (SLOB) inventory: developing plans for the sale or minimization of dead stock.
- Organizing the timely disposal of expired or damaged goods in compliance with environmental regulations.
3. System Accounting and Reporting
- Full support of operations in 1C and WMS systems:
- Recording receipts, transfers, and write-offs.
- Regular stock reconciliation between the company system and 3PL provider data.
- Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventories.
- Preparing regular management reporting (Warehouse KPIs, stock reports, cost analytics).
Candidate Requirements
- Education: University degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Economics).
- Experience: 3+ years in warehouse logistics or Supply Chain (experience with chemical products is a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in 1C and experience with WMS systems.
- Advanced Excel user (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Knowledge and Competencies:
- Understanding the specifics of outsourced warehousing and managing external contractors.
- Knowledge of product labeling rules and hazardous goods storage requirements (preferred).
- Experience in conducting inventories and handling claims.
- Personal Qualities: High level of responsibility, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills for contractor interaction.
- Languages: English proficiency (for internal reporting).
- Additional: Experience with ADR (Dangerous Goods).
