We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Investment Analyst to join our Investment Department in Tashkent.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex investment decisions, evaluate portfolio performance, and contribute to strategic acquisitions across multiple sectors. You will play a key role in shaping investment strategies, supporting senior leadership, and driving value creation in investee companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing the performance of the investee companies.
- Analysing and making recommendations on the acquisition of new target companies.
- Preparing the market studies on the relevant covered industries.
- Participating in board discussions with investees and the board of the Fund from time to time.
- Participating in site visits and representing the interests of the Fund in the target companies.
Requirements:
Education & Professional Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or a finance-related domain. Candidates holding a degree from a reputable internationally recognised institution are given a strong preference.
- Candidates with a master’s degree under similar terms above are given a preference.
- Corporate governance practices (both international and Uzbek local).
- Accounting practices both international (IFRS and/or US GAAP) and local (Uzbek NAS).
- Portfolio management and asset allocation.
- Private equity company valuation including but not limited to real estate, banks, manufacturing, logistics, leasing and insurance.
- Candidates with a CFA professional certification are given a strong preference.
- Candidates with an ACCA and/or CPA professional certification are given a preference.
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in investment analysis, private equity, corporate finance, or portfolio management.

Languages
