Data Analytics Assistant

We are an international company and the official distributor of the realme brand in Kazakhstan. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Analytics Assistant who will become a reliable partner to the Data Analytics Supervisor and support daily analytical and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Data Analytics Supervisor in daily tasks

• Collect, process, and structure data from internal systems

• Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies

• Update reporting tables and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools)

• Communicate with different departments to gather necessary information

• Maintain and organize reporting documentation

• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mathematics or a related field)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong attention to detail

• Analytical mindset

• High level of accuracy and consistency

• Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work with large volumes of information

• Good communication skills (cross-department collaboration)

• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)

• Strong command of Kazakh and English (minimum intermediate level) is mandatory.
