We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-savvy professional to lead our efforts in attracting international outsourcing companies from Asian market to open an office in Uzbekistan. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the outsourcing and IT industry, who understands business development and international expansion, and is eager to represent Uzbekistan on the global stage.
Requirements
• Understanding of the outsourcing industry
• Fluent in Korean and English; knowledge of Uzbek is a strong advantage
• Experience working in Korea
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in negotiations, partnership building, or sales
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple international relationships
• Willingness to travel for international conferences and B2B meetings
Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to outsourcing companies worldwide
• Conduct online meetings and pitch Uzbekistan as a regional hub for outsourcing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry stakeholders
• Represent Uzbekistan at international conferences and business events
• Work closely with government and private stakeholders to support onboarding and expansion processes
• Track trends in the outsourcing industry to adjust attraction strategies
Nice to have
• Existing network in the outsourcing and BPO industry
• Familiarity with incentives, IT park benefits, or business setup in Uzbekistan
