Verify compliance with approved designs and standards

Inspect insulation, façade, window and roofing works

Report defects and non-compliance

Valid State Architect’s License

Minimum 10 years of professional experience

Experience in thermal modernization and EE materials

Knowledge of KMK architectural and urban planning norms

Languages: Languages: Uzbek (fluent), Professional working

proficiency in English

Contract Type: Project-based (6–36 months)

Supervision of architectural design compliance, thermal envelope modernization, and

finishing works at regional sites.
