Monitor and support Power BI reports, dashboards, and data refresh processes
Maintain and troubleshoot Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
Support Power Automate workflows and resolve incidents
Investigate and resolve application issues within SLA
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or final-year student)
Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Understanding of application support processes (incident, problem, change management)
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
