To support its rapid growth plans, Geo telemedicine LLC looking for an experienced Marketing Director. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. This is a unique opportunity to play a significant role in our company’s success.

Responsible for:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Define target customer segments and develop tailored marketing plans for each.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.

  • Collaborate with product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

  • Implement customer acquisition strategies to drive user growth and increase revenue.

  • Develop and execute customer retention programs to enhance customer loyalty.

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

  • Monitor ROI for all marketing activities and adjust spending accordingly.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.

  • 2+ years of experience in leadership roles (Team Lead / Head / CMO, etc.), managing strategy, team, and budget.

  • 1+ year of experience working in SaaS (B2B).

  • Proficient in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar).

  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Looker, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or others).

  • Basic experience working with CMS (WordPress or similar).

  • Experience with marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Pardot, or others).

  • Experience running ad campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.

  • Experience in SMM: managing corporate accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or others), working with advertising and organic content, and analyzing results (reach, engagement, lead generation).
