Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for Global Planning and Logistics in line with the company’s overall business strategy.
Ensure stable and efficient end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, transportation, customs activities, warehousing and customer service processes.
Design, standardize and continuously improve integrated logistics and planning processes in cooperation with logistics partners and service providers, ensuring aligned operating standards and service quality.
Oversee product flow management and ensure transparency, control and performance across all stages of the logistics network.
Build and maintain effective collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders, including logistics providers, customs authorities and brokerage partners.
Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team across planning and logistics functions, fostering a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
Take managerial decisions within the defined area of responsibility and ensure achievement of operational and business targets.
Coordinate activities across functions and geographical regions to ensure consistency of processes and alignment with corporate objectives.
Ensure business objectives are met through effective cooperation with clients, suppliers and strategic partners.
Lead change initiatives and participate in transformation and improvement projects within the planning and logistics domain.
Resolve complex, cross-functional and process-related challenges using strong business and operational judgment.
Manage conflicts related to resource allocation, priorities and operational execution between teams and departments.
Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration..
Proven experience in a senior management role within planning, logistics or supply chain functions.
Preferable experience in companies operating in the household appliances or industrial equipment sector.
Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, transportation, warehousing and customs operations.
Solid background in project management and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confident use of data analysis and reporting tools.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required;
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business objectives into operational execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with external partners and service providers.
Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
High level of responsibility, decision-making capability and result-oriented mindset.
