Reservation Specialist (Online Hotel Bookings)

Responsibilities:

• Support agents with booking-related queries and special requests
• Track, issue, and manage hotel confirmation numbers as required
• Process and manage booking amendments
• Manage reconfirmations with suppliers where required
• Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting for bookings
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve booking issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B online global hotel booking operations
• ⁠Hands-on experience with global hotel booking systems or bedbanks (e.g. Hotelbeds, Ratehawk, Dida, or similar) is highly preferred
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and handle urgent booking situations efficiently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours where required
