Product Distributor

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting and distribution: Analysis of sales and seasonality for equal distribution of goods across stores.
• Inventory management: Control the availability of products in the assigned categories, control the replenishment of products on the shelves.
• Working with the product range: Identification of quickly realized positions (best sellers), respond to trends and seasonal fluctuations in demand.
• Interaction: Work closely with purchasing, merchandising, and logistics departments. Informing buyers about the need to adjust their purchase plans.
• Orders and deliveries: Create orders for direct deliveries to stores and monitor compliance with suppliers ' terms and conditions.
• Systems: Ensuring data integrity in replenishment systems.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher or secondary specialized education (preferably in logistics, economics, or analytics).
• At least 2 years in the field of product distribution, inventory replenishment, or category management (this will be an advantage).
• At least 3 years of retail experience (especially managerial).
• Confident ownership Microsoft Excel(pivot tables, vlookup, logical functions).
• Experience working with Google Workspace(Sheets, Slides, Drive, Docs).
• Understanding the principles of replenishment systems (WMS, ERP) will be your advantage.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to work with large amounts of data and meet deadlines.

Conditions:

• Schedule: 16:30-01:00 (Monday-Friday). It is possible to work on weekends in high season (extra charge).
• Format: Completely remote work. You need stable internet and a PC / laptop.
• Training: Full onboarding, team support in English and Russian.
• Remuneration: based on the results of the interview
