Managing personnel statistics and preparing internal HR reports and analytical summaries.
Collecting benchmarking data on positions, salaries, and benefits, as well as preparing analytical reports for the HR Director.
Carrying out personnel administration, including preparing and issuing official certificates and supporting documents in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Preparing, maintaining, and providing monthly staff attendance reports to the manager for monitoring lateness and absenteeism.
Compiling and providing staff lists and personnel information upon request, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality;
Creating, maintaining, updating, and archiving employee personnel files throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment, and termination;
Developing, reviewing, updating, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of job descriptions for all staff positions, and ensuring that new hires are familiarized with their respective job descriptions;
Processing documentation related to staff medical insurance and coordinating enrollment and ongoing administration, addressing related issues in a timely and systematic manner;
Preparing documentation for staff loan issuance, as well as participating in loan committee meetings;
Conducting internal HR surveys to assess employee satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty, and subsequently providing the analytical data to the HR Director;
Identifying key reasons for employee attraction and retention, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing reasons for staff turnover;
Ensuring accurate data entry, maintenance, and reconciliation of personnel information in both electronic HR systems (including 1C) and paper-based records;
Closely collaborating with all departments to collect HR data and ensure its accuracy and consistency, as well as the timely preparation and updating of job descriptions;
Assisting the Head of Personnel Affairs with day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in relevant area (HRM, Management, Finance and other relevant areas);
Be competent in English, knowledge of Uzbek is a must, knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE
At least 1 year of experience of HR practices;
Evidence of working with teams;
Evidence of reporting and presentation skills.
