Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, friendly and personal inbound customer service
- Work Channels: Calls & Emails
- Promote company's services and book appointments when opportunity arises
Requirements:
- Excellent command of French language (both spoken and written)
- Advanced level of English
- Great communication, strong listening & problem-solving abilities
- Positive & team player attitude, customer centricity & accuracy
- Flexibility, energy and dedication.
Terms:
*Please note that this is a project based contract, for 3 months, with possibility of being extended.

- Working hours: 8 hours shifts, covering Monday-Friday 13:00-21:00.
