Andersen is hiring a Backend Developer (.NET) to build a board meeting SaaS platform, delivering scalable services, AI features, real-time collaboration, and cloud-native solutions.
The customer is an international company delivering professional and technology-enabled solutions that support effective collaboration, structured communication, and operational efficiency for organizations. It operates in a fast-growing environment, focusing on scalability, security, and continuous improvement while developing digital platforms used by diverse clients worldwide.
The project is focused on building a board meeting management SaaS platform, delivering scalable software solutions and integrating advanced AI capabilities. The team works with event-driven architectures, real-time collaboration features, and cloud-native technologies to create a reliable and modern product.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software modules and features within a microservices architecture.
- Taking ownership of medium to high complexity projects and delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- Contributing to architectural decisions involving CQRS patterns, event-driven design, and cloud-native solutions to ensure scalability and performance.
- Conducting code reviews and upholding coding standards and best practices.
- Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, optimizing code, and improving distributed system performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product owners, designers, engineers) to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Developing and executing test plans using xUnit, Moq, ensuring reliability and robustness.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, API specs, integration guides).
- Participating in agile processes: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
Must-have:
- Experience as a Backend Developer (.NET) for 4+ years.
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, including event sourcing, CQRS, and message-based systems.
- Strong backend development skills with C# / .NET Core, including building event handlers and APIs.
- Experience working with Azure Services, including Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Azure AI / Cognitive Search.
- Experience working with SQL Server, including efficient tuple and relationship query optimization.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar to improve engineering efficiency.
