What you’ll do:
1. Supervision and Client Coordination:
- Conduct initial meetings with the client to commence work on and Shop Drawings (SD) organize data exchange between design engineers , architects , and the client.
- Facilitate communication between the client, architect , and consultants up to the approval and signing of SDs.
- Oversee all documentation flow to ensure design intent and client requirements are met.
2. Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain a detailed Gantt chart for all project phases based on contractual timelines and project milestones .
- Monitor progress and proactively identify risks or delays, implementing corrective measures when necessary .
3. Coordination and Technical Communication:
- Coordinate between the aluminum subcontractors, client and installation subcontractor, providing technical explanations and ensuring alignment across all teams.
- Support technical clarification and resolution of design and on-site installation issues.
4. Methodology and Process Management :
- Material procurement and tracking .
- Order and delivery timelines management .
- Scaffolding installation schedules and coordination .
- Production and installation sequencing optimize efficiency and quality.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering, façade, or construction sector.
- Proven experience coordinating between design, client, and installation teams.
- Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of Shop Drawing workflows and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English(knowledge of Russian is an advantage).

How we work:
- Full-time/part-time (by agreement)
- Working format: Hybrid (office/home + meetings)
- Location: office in Israel
- Contract Type: Service Agreement (in accordance with Israeli law)
- Work Hours: By appointment, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday (if needed)
- After the probationary period, paid annual leave may be agreed upon. Probationary period: 1-3 months (by agreement)
