Logistics Specialist

Key resposibilities:

• Coordinate daily transportation and warehousing operations to ensure timely and accurate Coordinate deliveries.
• Plan and monitor shipments, route optimization, and carrier performance.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including customs documentation.
• Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and storage layout efficiency.
• Communicate with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve logistics issues.
• Maintain and analyze logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, transport cost, warehouse efficiency).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, transport regulations, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in transportation and warehouse processes.
• Trace import deliveries and preparing reports.
• Archiving all documents as per request.
• Any other tasks from direct manager.

Requirements:

• Technical degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in transportation or warehousing or logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Russian language is required. English intermediate.
• Working place is not only in the office, requires a lot of field work: at the warehouse, at the customs authorities.
• Travelling in KZ when needed.
