Job Identification

We are looking for the Marketing Innovations Intern to be a part of our Marketing RGM team located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What We Expect:

• Project Support: Provide support to the team members in various aspects of project execution, including product launch procedures, assisting in organizing kick off meetings for the new launches, preparing presentations, and organizing project documentation. Assist in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance and supply chain, to ensure alignment and integration of innovation initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Packaging Flow Control: Support the process of changes/adjustments to label, bottle and cap designs.
• Product Catalog Management: Control and maintain the directory for all SKUs, ensure on time updates, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability, expiry dates, EACs, label designs and pack shots.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate both regular and ad-hoc reports to provide comprehensive insights.
• Document Management: Ensure meticulous control over the signing and closing of departmental documents.

Qualifications:

• Higher education
• English - intermediate level and above
• Computer skills – experienced user of Excel, Power Point
• Responsible, organizational skills, proactive, good communication skills
