Intern - Legal Group – Tax & Legal Department

What you will do in Legal Group

We’re a new generation of legal consultants who bring strategy, technology, compliance and legal advisory together to identify where businesses and organisations need to be, then get them there. This position will form part of the legal team. Helping clients make the right decisions, on a worldwide scale, by working collaboratively and creatively. We are responsible for ensuring that the company operates according to the legal, and compliance standards. And we are always looking to expand our talented teams.

The role will involve:

• Working under the supervision of a Senior colleagues;
• Working as a team to implement legal consulting projects for major international and local companies;
• Providing legal support in the state registration of legal entities (creation, reorganization, liquidation), branches and representative offices of overseas legal entities;
• Communicating clearly with client representatives (the majority of whom are overseas organizations), explaining legislation requirements around documents to be submitted and their content, and the procedure for any registration actions;
• Displaying legal knowledge and skills on a daily basis;
• Working with teams from other departments to provide client support on a wide range of issues;
• Working on complex engagements to restructure holding structures and provide support for mergers and acquisitions;
• Assisting senior colleagues in developing the group through a proactive and creative approach to the resolution of duties.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education in law;
• Work experience will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent verbal and written Russian and English;
• A high level of motivation and pronounced desire for professional success;
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking with attention to details;
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-management;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients and state authorities;
