What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing draft internal documents (orders, regulations, instructions).
- Participating in the preparation of responses to inquiries from government agencies.
- Preparing draft contracts (supply, services, leases, NDAs, etc.) using standard forms.
- Legal review of contracts for compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Preparing reports, legal opinions, and analytical materials as instructed by the manager.

Conducting internal audit of each Department to identify the gaps in processes.

Maintaining and regularly updating a risk register.

Assessing the impact of risks and developing mitigation plans.

Monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Preparing risk reports for Management.
What We’re Looking For
- Hard & Soft Skills: Civil, labor, and administrative law of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Fundamentals of contract law; Requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of tobacco product circulation and advertising; Skills in working with legal databases (Adilet, Paragraph, etc.).
- Languages Proficiency: Kazkah and/or Russian language; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Education: Higher education degree in Law is required
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Standard working hours: 08:00–17:00.
