Education Counsellor

Location: Astana, Kazakhstan (Office-based)

Our agency assists international students in pursuing education in Australia. We are currently looking for an Education Counsellor to join our Astana branch office. This role involves advising students on study options, assisting with student visa applications, and organizing education-related events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on study options in Australia (training will be provided)

• Assist students with student visa applications (training will be provided)

• Find potential students

• Organize and support education fairs, seminars, and promotional events

• Communicate with Australian educational institutions and the Australia head office

• Maintain relationships with partner schools and representatives

• Travel when required for work-related purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field

• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience (not mandatory; training will be provided)

• Strong Kazakh, Russian and English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Experience with working and making content on the social media platforms: Intagram, Tiktok (!)

• Willingness and availability to travel when necessary
