English speaking supervisor (Aktau)

We are establishing a new manufacturing facility in Mangistau.

Looking for a professional with English + Kazakh + Russian to assist with:

1. Communicating with workers

2. Communicating with Vendors

3. Do local purchases

4. Internet Research

5. Occassional travel to other cities

6. Coordinate trucking/shipping

Qualitifications:

1. Must be able to speak/read/write English in addition to Kazakh/Russian

2. Experiance in a manufacturing / logistics company a plus
