Who we are looking for and why

They are seeking a talented Client Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be reaching out to the largest and most relevant clients across multiple business verticals within e-commerce. If you excel at initiating conversations from scratch, building strong relationships, and engaging high-profile clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

● Fluent spoken English at C1 level

● Experience in cold calling and/or face-to-face business interactions in the US market (sales-focused)

● Structured and clear communication, able to convey ideas convincingly over the phone

● Active listening skills, able to identify client needs and ask the right questions

● Natural interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining a friendly approach

● Resilient and growth-oriented, able to handle rejection and stay motivated

● Curious and quick learner, able to grasp complex new products with ease
