Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to maintain and strengthen relationships with government bodies, agencies, and external partners.
Monitor government policies, regulations, and legislation that may impact the organization.
Represent the organization in official meetings, events, and negotiations with governmental and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate and manage internal communication regarding government relations and compliance matters.
Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations for senior management on governmental affairs.
Lead a team of government relations officers and ensure departmental objectives are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs.
Strong knowledge of local government structures, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek (both written and spoken) is required.
