Main responsibilities:1. Provide on-site vehicle repair service for end customer
2. Offer remote technical support end customer to solve the technical problem
3. Drive quality and R&D resources from headquarters to promptly respond to and address market issues escalated form customer
4. Use big data platforms for remote diagnostic analysis, to predict vehicle problems, offer technical solutions, and track real-time vehicle handling progress;
5. Collect vehicle quality issues through multiple channels, push for improvements at the source, and validate the effectiveness of market solutions;
