Unigrà is an Italian agro-food group founded in 1972. Through its various brands, the company offers high-end raw materials, semi-processed and finished products across all channels, the main categories being Chocolate and Chocolate Compounds, UHT Vegetable Creams, and Margarine.

Job Description:
• Develop sales strategies and annual customer plans, aimed at achieving or surpassing pre-determined sales objectives, supporting the growth of the company’s business.
• Working with distributors & sub distributors for increasing market coverage and effective delivery service to our in-direct customers.
• Managing, leading, and assessing distributor’s sales representatives to achieve volumes and distribution growth.
• Effectively execute sales and promotion programs to achieve sales targets. Provide effective after sales service for continuous sales growth.
• Analyze and follow up on customer profitability. Manage assigned trade budget seeking maximum payback for each action.
• Setting customer base sales targets with immediate superior, monitoring these targets and ensuring hitting the budget.
• Strong relation building initiatives and strategy to penetrate new accounts. Meeting targets for generating new business by introducing new customers.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing or equivalent.
• Must have 5 Years or more sales experience in the International Food Industry / Service
• Ability to work in a team, organization skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Language required: Intermediate level of English and native Russian Language
• Willing to travel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• A motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams.
• Presentation, analytical, and planning skills are also essential.

This position is reporting to the Sales Director of CIS countries.
This position will be based in Tbilisi
