We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Business Analyst with experience in the finance and investment domain to provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services for leading financial institutions.

The focus of this position is to work closely with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the client’s investment strategy, business processes, operational models, product portfolio, and regulatory environment. You will play a key role in identifying, structuring, and documenting business capabilities needed to address complex financial challenges and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Our projects involve designing and implementing solutions for key players in the financial industry across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead complex finance and investment projects across all phases:
presales → initiation → planning → execution → regulatory documentation → go-live. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders including investment managers, risk analysts, portfolio managers, and compliance officers to elicit and clarify business needs.
- Facilitate workshops, daily meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and share insights.
- Perform business and requirements analysis to determine optimal solutions and influence strategic business decisions.
- Document and communicate analysis outcomes, business requirements, and solution recommendations.
- Proactively identify risks and issues during project execution and provide guidance to mitigate them.
- Identify and propose process improvements, particularly related to standardization, best practices, and operational efficiency.
- Actively develop expertise in the finance and investment domain and participate in industry conferences, webinars, and professional events.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
- 5+ years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Relevant experience in finance, investments, banking, asset management, or fintech!!!
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience working in a presales environment, including solutioning and client communication.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Understanding of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Experience with financial data standards, trading systems, or investment platforms.
- Familiarity with financial regulations such as GDPR, AML/KYC, MiFID II, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with data governance, data analytics, or risk management systems.
