We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions for organizations in either the Healthcare or Financial Services (Investments & Insurance) domains.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the project team, you will:
- Participate in all project phases:
initiation → planning → analysis → execution → testing → go-live support. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
- Facilitate meetings, interviews, and workshops to elicit business needs.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Document business requirements, user stories, process diagrams, and use cases.
- Support Solution Architects and developers in understanding business needs.
- Assist in identifying risks and dependencies related to requirements.
- Collaborate with QA teams during testing and validation.
- Continuously develop domain knowledge in Healthcare or Finance.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Experience in either Healthcare or Finance (Investments or Insurance)!!!
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Nice to Have (Healthcare Track):
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, or healthcare data standards.
- Familiarity with EHR/HIE systems.
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA or other healthcare privacy regulations.
Nice to Have (Finance Track):
- Familiarity with investment, banking, or insurance processes.
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (GDPR, AML/KYC, or similar).
- Experience with financial data systems or reporting tools.
