Operations Integration Lead, Karshi

We are seeking an experienced Operations Integration Lead to support GTL operations at the Karshi GTL site. This role is passionate about mentoring, operational excellence, and safe, reliable plant performance, while transferring standard methodologies and operational rigor to the customer operations team.

As an Operations Integration Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Mentor and assist the GTL Operations team in managing day-to-day plant activities and operational oversight.
• Act as a visible safety leader, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and safe work practices (LOTO, PTW, JSA).
• Conduct regular plant inspections with a focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
• Support operations teams in operating within environmental limits and regulatory requirements.
• Guide proficiency development of shift personnel by reviewing, updating, and improving operating procedures, as well as supporting proficiency assessments and operator training.
• Support efficient and reliable operations by monitoring plant performance against important metrics, troubleshooting deviations and driving corrective actions, and identifying and closing performance gaps.
• Review existing GTL operations and identify gaps in safety and environmental practices, operations management systems, and plant performance and reliability.
• Serve as a primary liaison connecting Air Products, the GTL Operations Team, and customer representatives.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A chemical engineering degree.
• 5–10 years of experience in plant or process operations.
• Strong knowledge of operating chemical or industrial gas facilities.
• ASU, ATR, SMR experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and influencing skills.
• Strong they attitude and a hands‑on operational approach.
• The ability to work independently in a dynamic, customer‑facing environment.
• Proficiency in English; Uzbek and/or Russian are an advantage.
