Position: Director of Education Abroad Services
Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of 4 Education Consultants, providing mentorship and support.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to ensure high performance.

Sales Management:
- Oversee the sales process, setting and achieving enrollment targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract prospective students.

Admission Process:
- Supervise the admission process, ensuring students are guided through university selection and application procedures.
- Stay updated on admission requirements and maintain strong relationships with partner universities.

Visa Process Management:
- Oversee the visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
- Handle complex visa cases and liaise with embassies and consulates when necessary.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
- Address client concerns and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Strategy Development:
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, international relations, business, etc.).
- Proven leadership experience in the education consultancy sector.
- Strong knowledge of the international education system and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
