International company PSA Development Center is looking for a multitasking Office Manager to support our Team.
Minimum Qualification:
- 3+ year of relevant experience of Office Manager;
- Base knowledge of HR records keeping;
- Multitasking ability, attention to details;
- English skills: Pre-Intermediate level+ and readiness to study English further;
- Proactive approach and friendly attitude to people;
- Sociability and good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Office supplies (stationary, household cleaners, kitchen supplies);
- Office maintenance (monitoring of office needs and arranging necessary repairs);
- Secretary duties, documents processing (in/out correspondence, dealing with postal correspondence, weekly corporate Newsletter creation, Infoportal support);
- incoming/outgoing correspondence, writing official letters, preparation of reports and other internal documentation and tasks;
- Assistance with HR Bookkeeping (update of Timetables, creation of orders, entering information in internal software bases).
- Helping Administrative Department (organizing birthday presents for staff, cooperation with vendors)
- Visiting Postal office;
- Director support in day-to-day operations;
- Welcoming visitors and provide general support to employees;
- Travel support to business trips of our employees (visa support, tickets purchasing, accommodation arrangements, travel insurance, etc.);
- Provide additional support activities as directed.
