Psychologist

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological counseling and emotional support to students.

• Conduct individual and group sessions to promote students’ mental well-being.

• Assess students’ psychological needs and provide appropriate guidance or referrals.

• Support students in adapting to academic life and managing stress.

• Participate in preventive programs, workshops, and awareness activities related to mental health.

• Maintain confidential student records in accordance with university policies.

• Collaborate with academic staff and administration to support student development.

• Assist during orientation programs and student support activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• Previous experience in counseling or student support services is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Russian and English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Student-centered, empathetic, and responsible approach to work.
