We are seeking the Person who will manage the complex cycle of grain contract execution, lead communications with our counterparties protecting our commercial positions at every stage.

Role: Execution Manager

We are expecting:

• Minimum of three years of experience in the grain market, specifically in the role of a Grain Execution Manager
• Proficiency in GAFTA, FOSFA contracts, and Incoterms rules
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Confident Excel user

What You will be doing:

Full execution of GAFTA and FOSFA contracts, as follows:
• Deal supervision and documentary support (signing of FOB, CIF, CPT contracts and negotiation of terms)
• Monitoring and ensuring the fulfillment of contractual conditions:
- Liaising with Buyers regarding contract execution
- Working with all involved parties to organize contract fulfillment: stevedores/terminals, freight forwarders, customs brokers, surveyors, buyers, suppliers, insurance companies, shipowners (via charterers) and shipping agent
• Verifying and controlling payment of invoices (Buyers and service providers)
• Work with government services (Federal Customs Service (FTS), National Commodity Exchange (NCE), Rosaccreditation)
• Calculating demurrage/dispatch
• Submitting applications for grain quotas and calculating quotas
