English speaking ENT. Job Duties:

• Standard special medical aid to expat (English-speaking) patients of various ages - from infants to elderly within the scope: examination with the use of ENT work station and videoendoscopy; manipulations and procedures (irrigation, foreign body removal, bleeding control, etc) prescribe medications (correct pediatric dose!!!), as required

• Medical documentation and prescriptions to patients only in English

• Participation in medical screening according to KZ Regulations

• Preparation for surgeries and postoperative care

• Provide support to medical team and other health care providers

Requirements:

• Must have successfully completed a residency in ENT and have a valid license

• Fluent medical English at proficiency level (min C1-C2, advance or IELTS 6) to effectively communicate with patients.

• Expert user of ENT equipment (work station and videoendoscopy)

• Have fast typing skills and be experienced in software designed for electronic medical records.

• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills to interact with patients and their families. Be highly empathic

• Be physically active, mobile, efficient and enthusiastic. Responsive to management and team needs

• Always be accessible and approachable 24/7, able to urgently response to medical emergencies.

• Practice healthy life style and be an example to patients

• Have time management skills. Be disciplined, accurate and precise. Always come on time and strive for the best quality performance

• Know and obey international and Kazakh standards of medical care (clinical guidelines and protocols), as well as KZ Regulations in the health care
