Responsibilities:
Manage daily coordination and execution of brand promotion and marketing activities within the assigned region to support regional marketing objectives.
Support the implementation of marketing plans, brand campaigns, and channel marketing initiatives developed by headquarters and subsidiaries, ensuring high-quality local execution.
Serve as the main communication interface between the company and regional dealers or partners, delivering marketing policies, execution requirements, and business feedback.
Oversee the full execution process of regional marketing activities, including material deployment, event coordination, on-site support, and performance review.
Collect and organize regional market and dealer information (competitor activities, social media performance, campaign results, etc.) and prepare analysis reports.
Conduct monthly reviews of dealer marketing projects and manage related expense application and reimbursement processes.
Represent the company professionally during regional business trips, coordinating on-site activities and maintaining brand image.
Collaborate across departments (sales, after-sales, finance, etc.) to support special marketing initiatives and projects.
Prepare marketing data reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
Requirements:
Experience in the automotive industry and marketing-related roles, with the ability to quickly understand brand promotion and regional market operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively with dealers and cross-functional internal teams.
Results-driven with strong execution capability in fast-paced, multi-task environments.
Proficient in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with solid data analysis and presentation skills.
Multilingual communication ability (fluent in Uzbek and Russian; basic English preferred) and willingness to travel frequently.
